Acids generated by acidic food, drink & life style

Food, drinks and specific life style are generating several kinds of acids:

- by meat (uric acid)
- by fizzy water (carbonic acid)
- by sweets (acetic acid)
- by black tea and coffee (tannic acid)
- by physical efforts (lactic acid)
- by soda (phosphoric acid)
- by stress and negative emotions (salt acid)

How to avoid acidic input?

You can avoid them:
By eating less meat, fish, diary products, eggs, sweets :(
By drinking less soda, coffee, black tea, alcohol :(

By eating more vegetables and fruits :)
By drinking alkaline ionised water, fresh juice :)
